CREER (Comité Regional de Espeleobuceo, Ecología y Regulación), formed back in 2016 by a group of cave diving instructors, represents the interests of cave divers in the state of Quintana Roo, Mexico, with the goal of structuring and unifying the rules of diving in the cenotes by emphasizing safety, conservation, and education.
